Theodore Hierarchy
Theodore hierarchy is an affiliate of Theodore Partners and a financial institution that has a noble objective of increasing financial risk awareness for both corporations and consumers. Our mission is to provide solutions for capital requirements, both debt and equity, for businesses since 2011. Our vast experience and knowledge span across various sectors, including but not limited to Services, Energy, Real Estate, Telecommunications, and Infrastructure.

David Thuo- Founding Partner
Andrea Balongo
David brings over 25 years of experience in both Commercial & Investment Banking. He has a strong background in the Financial and Capital Markets. He has held senior positions with KCB Bank Group, First American Bank and Equity Stockbrokers Ltd. The positions previously held include Director - Group Treasury Division at Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB) being responsible for Currency , Fixed income and Asset Liability Management for 5 countries, Senior Manager- Treasury Sales at First American Bank (merged with Commercial Bank of Africa in 2005) and Chief Dealer at Equity Stockbrokers (now CFC Stanbic Financial Services).
David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Masters in Business Administration Degree in Strategic Management from The University of Nairobi
Andrea brings over 22 years of experience in both Treasury & Private Equity. He has held various Senior roles in Banking since 2002. In 2007, he served as Vice Chairperson of ACI-FMA The Financial Markets Association-Kenya, a peer elected position and played a key role in the introduction of Foreign Exchange and Money Market brokers in East Africa. He has lived, studied and worked in four countries on two different continents bringing a unique appreciation of both business and cultural nuances. He has been a Partner at Theodore Partners since 2016. He holds an undergraduate degree from Charleston Southern University an MBA from USIU-Africa, is a Certified Foreign Exchange and Money Market Dealer, Certified Treasury Professional and a Licensed Financial Advisor.
